The AoI files for all the extruder's rapid prototyped parts can be found in the RepRap Subversion Repository here. AoI can export these as STL files for rapid prototyping.

Where the material says brass/steel you can choose either, but see the ExtruderMechanicalParts page for more details. All the RP parts were originally made that way. Some in the picture have been subsequently cast in resin.
