---++ GPUTILS
GPUTILS is a collection of tools for the Microchip  (TM) PIC microcontrollers. The version marked 0.13.4-1 in the Ubuntu and Debian repositories seem to share a common flaw, so we've built our own from the [[http://gputils.sourceforge.net/][SourceForge repository]]. File attached.

I used http://www.togaware.com/linux/survivor/Building_Packages0.html as a reference. Note that the version for DEB packages now lives at the top of debian/changelog rather than being dependent on the parent directory name.

The attached files were created by downloading the gputils source package with =wajig source gputils=, fetching the latest 0.13.4-1 files from the gputils repository on SourceForge  with

<verbatim>cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@gputils.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/gputils co gputils</verbatim>

and replacing the Debian package source directory with the one fetched from SourceForge.
