The source code for RepRap is hosted on SourceForge.
It can be accessed (using subversion) at https://reprap.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/reprap/trunk/
Instructions on setting up a development environment on your computer are listed here for various operating systems.
It is moderately large. To get just the parts of the project that form the distribution check out:
