This is an add on to the StepStick project. I wanted to make my own stepsticks, but digikey is out of stock of the A4988 :( So I decided to use the A4984 stepper motor driver chip instead. I'm using this for an extruded, so the lost resolution with the 1/8th mode step limitation isn't a major factor. I couldn't find any schematics for the A4984 other than the PDF from Allegro, so I drew it up in Eagle and did a little rewiring. [1]
