Hi Everyone, I just wanted to let everyone know of a great alternative to the PEEK material.

I chose to make a plug and use some fiberglass from a Fiberglass repair kit found at the local hardware store. I found this to be less expensive and also the Fiberglass is extremely hard, heat resistant, and it is a great insulator.

For the rest I actually used some 1/4" brass round-bar tapped on both ends and drilled to the proper diameter, this part threads into a Brass Nut that has been filed down to a cylinder shape. I then cut the nylon to size and threaded one end into one side of the nut, finally I made the plug and cut my fiberglass PEEK block to finish the nozzle.
