Opto Endstop Problem. . . Almost finished.

Dear Community,

I'm running Printrun (Pronterface) with modified firmware on a Mendel that I'm almost done with.

Only, before, when I was running Repsnapper, it recognized the opto-endstops and behaved accordingly. Now that I've updated the firmware on my Gen 6 electronics to Marlin V 1.0.0Rc1 it no longer recognizes that there are endstops, even though they were working before and I did not modify anything in the code that said it had to do with the optos.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
Mr. Black
