When you download the Marlin zip file, you will see a folder (named Marlin) inside, along with a README file which explains what you need to do to customise it for your machine. Open marlin.pde in the arduino environment. Work through configuration.h to set it up for your machine. it's a special mac version of the Repetier-Host. Not sure if it runs with leopard, but chances are good. The other choices are good to start out with.
