I&#039;ve found the machine does some random (when and how long) micro-pauses when doing curves/radius.
This normal?  I find it hard (but not impossible) to believe its a PC-&amp;gt;Gen6 coms prob.

Alos on small holes/radius, &amp;lt; 4mm Dia, it goes so slow it goobers up.  I&#039;ve kludged a fix of just making them square holes.  The 2mm holes come out pretty much round, and just a quick clean up with a drill bit (I do that with most all holes anyways)

So, my big question is why does the feed rate drop so much on a radius?  And can I adjust the extruder rate during a radius?

I might go back to SFACT and se if that does any better.  But I think its in the firmware.</description>

If the board doesn't auto-reset (I'm not sure if Gen6 does) then it's normal.  If it has a reset button you can push that as soon as the Arduino IDE says "Done Compiling" as well.]]></description>

            <description><![CDATA[ As Polygonhell said, you need to increase the baud rate.  115200 should be fast enough to avoid the pauses you are getting, even with very short segments.  38k won't cut it.]]></description>

            <description><![CDATA[ Two thing can make slic3r slow things down dramatically, you're small perimeter speed and the minimum layer time.<br />
The stopping is a problem with the firmwares buffer running our of print commands, this is a function of the serial connection between sprinter and pronterface. If the baud rate is too high, you can get a lot of errors and see this happen, it also happens if it's not high enough.]]></description>
