PrintRun Scaling Prints

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a way for me to stop PrintRun from scaling prints that I know should be printed larger to a smaller size than is necessary for my printer. The case in point is this iPhone 5 mockup: [www.thingiverse.com] which I just printed and it is smaller than my 4s while others have printed it and had it come out the appropriate larger size.

Thanks for any help.
