I have had my Creatr for just a few months, i dont know if it got banged up during transport or what happened. I have had nothing but problems from day one, broken motors, electronic problems, it just wont work right, Support has been good, they have put in a valiant effort but its time to conclude that my printer is a dud. that is fantastic, i expected i would have to ship my printer to them wait for repairs etc.
