AWorldnet A600 Not Working

Bought the A600 printer from AWorldNet via an online retailer called Havit a couple of weeks ago.

Assembly was relatively straightforward with only minor tweaks required to make things fit together.

X,Y and Z axes can be controlled manually using the Repetier host software provided with the printer.

Heated bed and extruder seem to be operating correctly.

The problem is that when trying to print a model, the head seems to move to a random starting point every time, and starts extruding in the air above the bed. The Z axis starting point appears to be different every time.

Does anyone else have this problem?

If so can you offer any advice on how to fix the problem please?

Many thanks,

Nigel

for some reason the step/mm are complete diffirent from original setting that you have on repitier firmware.
i try with repitier firmware and the printer axis stop at middle of the axis at 200mm but if i use my setting goes to the other end the axis .. lets say the real 200mm
here my setting for marlin 1.0.2.

define DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT {204.78,204.78,684,760*1.1} // default steps per unit for Ultimaker
#define DEFAULT_MAX_FEEDRATE          {200, 200, 4, 25}    // (mm/sec)
#define DEFAULT_MAX_ACCELERATION {1000,1000,100,1000} // X, Y, Z, E maximum start speed for accelerated moves. E default values are good for Skeinforge 40+, for older versions raise them a lot.

#define DEFAULT_ACCELERATION          3000    // X, Y, Z and E max acceleration in mm/s^2 for printing moves
#define DEFAULT_RETRACT_ACCELERATION  3000   // X, Y, Z and E max acceleration in mm/s^2 for retracts

not sure if its 100% right step/mm , will need to adjust as soon i start to print my first cube 10x10x10 from there i will. i try the calculator (step/mm) that came with repitier-host and i try the i-prusa calculator but that both give me wrong steps/mm (80 to 100) ??? what am i doing wrong here ???

Newest update. Manage to print a heart with movable gears then the board went bonkers on next try. It had a thermal runaway on the extruder and climbed past 650 degrees Celsius. After that board would keep repeating homing routine and never print. So I changed the board out with a ramps 1.4 setup. That's when the extruder started leaking out of the block and I didn't see it for a while. I finally fixed it today and the prints are turning out ok just needs some tweaking. Also, the new board prints at 2x the speed as the other with no missed steps. I couldn't be happier. If you all are interested I might be able to upload the working firmware and point you to where I purchased the board.
