Good adorable hot end

I have had a lot of jamming and heat problems with my hot end, so i am looking for a new one. I have heard that the J-heads are good, but i do not know what makes it a jay head. It would be nice to not go over 30 ish.

I don't know about the aluhotend, but the E3DV6 is a modern and reliable alround hotend, while the J-Head is a proven, but limited, oldie.
If you only want to print PLA i might actually go with the J-Head, but if you plan to use different types of materials get the E3D.

Thanks for the help, do you recommend any other kinds of hot ends under 30 usd?

I think for that price range you can look at e3dv6 lite and aluhotendv7.

If it follows the specifications here its a J-head

NB every single J-Head from china/ebay/aliexpress etc is not a J-Head, they have simply stolen the name for their crappy products

Best to get one from the designer (or other known good supplier as listed on the wiki)
