RFID Memory Access time

What is the typical memory access time for an RFID transceiver to access a tag and write say 64 bytes of data?. Is there a data transfer rate spec?

Thanks

found out that the 13mhz tags can take up to 4 sec to write a 2k bit block. this seems very slow to me. I would like to design a fly by rfid system that could identify tags geographically as they travel past the transceiver but time past the transceiver would have to be limited to 4 sec a tag.
