Is there a pinout document for Sanguino?

I've decided to create my own version of the Reprap

- I already have a functioning XYZ table and a Sanguino and I was wondering if there is a pinout for what signals are produced from the Reprap firmware?

Are these standard DIR/STEP signals for each of the X/Y/Z axes?

Essentially I'm going to try to graft the sanguino onto my motor controller board.

Thanks,

You can find the diagrams and such here:

Both arduino and Sanguino diagrams are about 1/2 way down the page. This is for the gen 2 electronics.
