Azteeg x5 mini endstop problems

I have a problem with my azteeg x5 mini where if I trigger one endstop, the board thinks all of the enstops are triggered. It doesnt matter which axis, if the x or y or z axis enstop is triggered then m119 show all of them being triggered. I have tried multiple configs and a whole new set of enstops, is my board broken?
