Bad connection or blown A3949? I've got a strange issue that I can't quite place my finger on. I have had the stepper for the extruder turning before, but after a long failed attempt to upgrade the firmware the extruder controller is not driving the stepper motor any longer. Now I have the led's flashing correctly but nothing out of the motor (no heat out of the A3949 chips either) I thought, hey I must have blown the A3949's when I wasn't paying attention, but they appear fine. Next I looked at the board for a while and noticed occasionally that 2 of the led's wouldn't flash but the other two would. then all 4 would be flashing, then just two. So I thought, loose connection? anyone have any test parameters for the A3949's? Other wise I might try to reflow solder.
