        <title>Non-uniformity in extrusion rate?</title>
<description> So I&#039;ve been trying to calibrate my Repstrap to extrude at the correct table speed and extrusion rate combination. I think I&#039;ve honed in on the right values, and then the extrusion rate will change somewhat, even during a print. Needless to say this completely screws up the print. I&#039;ll get through about 2/3 of the widebar.stl, and this will happen, sometimes more, sometimes less. It&#039;s not a problem with the motor, and I have all the mechanical components in the extruder clamped down pretty securely. I am oiling the filament before it enters the polymer guide, as I couldn&#039;t get high enough extrusion rates without doing this. Sometimes I do notice that some of the oil has pooled within the polymer and will spew out a bit at the nozzle. I have only noticed this once or twice. Even reducing the amount of oiling, this still happens. Has anyone had this problem?

I was also curious about the ExtrusionOverRun parameter. Mine was set default to 1.5, I believe. Are there guidelines for establishing this? I assume this controls behavior as you reverse direction in infill.
