Z Belt tensioner - how to adjust?

I got a lasercut Z belt tensioner from Bits From Bytes and have just put together the Z belt around it. My question is stupidly simple: how do I adjust it in-situ? It is currently set up to be tight but not tight enough

I know this is a stupid question but I've already broken part of the lasercut part just putting it together so I'd rather have some instructions as I have realised that I substitute experience for force and tend to break stuff if I don't know what I'm doing :-)
