Build up another printer to meet all your requirements / desires

Sounds like you want MAJOR update!

You can get all the parts on eBay or other outlets.

Gears? Do you mean leadscrews to drive X?
The CR-10 variant you show uses timing belts on X, Y
and lead screw on Z.

Are you concerned with frame/bracket stiffness, or linear slide stiffness?

For Z-axis frame stiffness, supports are an easy solution:
Z-Braces

not sure what gears your referring to...
its basically a vslot machine with rollers running on the vslots and belts in the slots.

In case you haven't heard of vslot

So its like tslot, but has a v groove to so its easy to use it as cheap linear rails
