Prism-makerslide build

I have finished all connections and I am beginning to calibrate the printer. The Bowden extruder is working like a charm! If all goes well I should have it calibrated enough to start some basic prints tomorrow and may post some more pictures and videos.

But like DeuxVis suggests, why that motor placement? It would be awesome to get that mass off the X-carriage - but I'm sure you have a reason!

Out of curiosity, why did you choose to put the x motor on the carriage ?
