One question on your set.

I'm 95% settled on the Prusa Mendel as our first build. One major criteria is the completeness of documentation. We found a compile by Gary, for reference, you can see it here:

As far as acquiring HW parts, online sources mostly point to the LM8UU model. Such as this on on ebay today:

I'm not exactly up to date with all the iterations and mods; but I know it's not the one described in Gary's doc.

The closest thing I found on the net is right here at this post . However, there is one question remain:

The 12 PLA Bushings as mentioned on page 4 of Gary's doc do not show themselves to me obviously on the photo.

Q: If I am wrong, and the 12 PLA Bushings are somewhere in the photo, could you please point them out to me, and give me the estimate cost including shipping to California, USA? Otherwise, can you add them on?

Right now we want to get our first build as quickly as we can, so latest design is not an issue. We're quite happy with the one described in Gary's doc.

Any chance of a Metro Melbourne delivery before chrissy? As far as the extruder is concerned, what would be your recommendation? Greg Frost's accessible Wade Extruder seems to be a reasonably popular choice, do you have a preference?
