Dual Color Bowden with Simplify3D?

Hey everyone!

I was wondering if anybody has experience with dual color bowden printers using simplify3D as a slicer? I nailed the settings down for slic3r but I now have Simplify3D but I can't seem to get rid of all the blobbing that occurs on the restart for the idle nozzle. I am used to having large retracts because of my bowden setup (3mm) however I am trying to print with support on a different nozzle and on every restart I keep getting massive blobbing. I looks like the extruder is pushing wayyy too much filament on the restart but I checked the code and it just goes back to E0. Any ideas?!

Thanks in advance (:P)

works pretty well, if you import two hollow cubes, turn off uniform scaling on them and scale it up on the z to match your print's height
