        <description> Hey there,

Running an upgraded  printer with a DUET3d 2 wifi board.

I&#039;ve got a customized extruder (not a typical heating block) which needs non-cartridge heating elements.

The suitable elements run on 220v.

Can I connect them to the board the same way I would connect a 220v bed heater?

Using a SSR and connecting to the E0/1 heaters ?

Good question, I don't know how much it should differ from each other. You would expect the hotend to heat up way faster, maybe overshoot a lot since a hotend is tiny.]]></description>
