Your firmware appears to be reporting to PanelDue that it is configured as a delta printer. If it isn't then I suggest you raise the issue with the devs of whatever firmware you are using.

You can check what the firmware on your controller board is reporting by sending M408 S3 to the board from your PC and looking for the 'geometry' field in the response.
