        <description>Hallo an alle! =)

Hab mich eben angemeldet und brauch dringend Eure Hilfe.

Habe einen selbstgebauten Prusa i3 Reprap und will seit wochen Auto Bed Leveleing verwirklichen.

Mein Problem :Ich habe einen Induktivsensor lj12a3-4-z/bx mir gekauft und auch wie auf zb 3D-Proto verlötet mit 15k und 10k Wiederständen.
Der Sensor leuchtet auch und hat seine 5V wenn er nicht Triggert und 0V wenn ich ihn an Metall halte.
Laut Repetier Host Triggert er auch und zeigt Open wenn kein Metall da ist.

Ich denke ich habe ein Software Problem mit den Endstoppullups evtl. Denn wenn ich Home fährt x gegen Endstop,Y gegen endstop dann der Extruder in mitte Druckbett aber dann---&gt; Z immer tiefer und tiefer bis in das Druckbett. Also kommt irgendwie das Signal nicht an das er den Sensor als Endstopp erkennt oder?
Habe schon alles ausprobiert auch nach der Anlöeitung von Youtube von Tom&#039;s Guide.

Ps. das ist normal das es Auto Bed Leveling Feature heißt oder? weil das  darüber das normale kann ich nicht Aktivieren dann kommt ein Fehler.


Hoffe das Ihr mir weiter helfen könnt das wär der hammer!

Hatte vorher //#define DISABLE_Z_MIN_PROBE_ENDSTOP ohne die // laut anleitung im Marlin sollte man das ja auch wenn man es zum Homen und Probe nutzen will.. <br />

            <description><![CDATA[ Also habe gerade mal in der Software von True auf False bei der Z Achse gemacht dann fährt er ohne anzuhalten nach Oben,das umstecken direkt am Ramps wird dann auch nichts bringen oder? er bewegt sich ja bekommt nur irgendwie kein Signal das er anhalten soll wenn der Sensor Aktiviert wird :(<br />

            <description><![CDATA[ Endstopps dienen zur Sicherung. Heißt normal beim Drucken würde der Drucker anhalten, wenn ein Endstop auslöst. Das passiert natürlich auch für den Endstop der nicht angefahren wird. Also bei -1 der nicht angeschlosse Max Endstop. Daher könnte das drehen der Z-Achenrichtung ein Versuch wert sein. Andererseits fährt die Achse bei Home_Dir=1 nach oben, was so korrekt ist.]]></description>

            <description><![CDATA[ Hey also habe meinen NPN Sensor ja mit 10k und 15k wiederstand verlötet. Eingangsspannung 12V und er hat ungetriggered 5.2V und getriggered 0V<br />
habe mir auch Spannungsregler bestellt für 5Volt mit so 3 Füßchen drann aber wäre ja das selbe oder nich?<br />

@Pieps hatte vorher einen PNP und damit hab ich garnichts hinbekommen er hatte immer 6Volt ca und getroggered 4 volt.Er hat dann nie umgeschaltet wenn ich Metall davor gehalten habe in Repetier zum testen mit m119<br />
und Pieps wie meinst wenn er hochfährt gegen zMin? der drucker ist noch nie hochgefahren bisher und momemtam kann er nur runter oder bleibt stehen bei Home Dir 1<br />

Aber da beim ihm ja sogar die Signale erkannt werden sollte das doch relativ egal sein jetzt?<br />
Schon mal einfach die Motor Anschlüsse gewechselt anstatt in der Firmware auf #define Z_HOME_DIR auf 1 oder -1 zu stellen?<br />
Ich würde mal "Z_HOME_DIR 1" machen und die Motoranschlüsse der Z-Achse tauschen. Ich hatte damals bei Marlin auch "Z_HOME_DIR 1" konfiguriert und habe gegen Z-Min gehomet.<br/>]]></description>

            <description><![CDATA[ Der dürfte gar nicht notwendig sein. Die Diode im Sensor (siehe Link Fridi) verhindert eigentlich einen Stromfluß von 12V nach SIG. Somit wäre es ein Schalter nach GND und im Triggered Fall OPEN. <br />

Du hast einen NPN - Transistor dort drin. (Ich habe extra einen PNP genommen, weil ich das nicht ganz kapiert habe, warum die Beschattung so funktionieren soll).<br />

Fridi hat es <a href="http://forums.reprap.org/read.php?249,597988,598202#msg-598202" target="_blank"  rel="nofollow">hier</a> erklärt. Er schaltet gegen 0V. Weshalb lt. Schaltbild auch eigentlich gegen 12V der Verbraucher liegt. Mit Pullup sollte hier richtig sein.<br />

Trotzdem. Es funktioniert ja - nur eben nicht beim Herunterfahren. Das ist komisch. Eigentlich sollte er bei HOME_DIR 1 einfach anhalten. Wenn du beim Hochfahren den Min-Endstop auslöst.]]></description>

wie gesagt wenn ich #define Z_HOME_DIR auf 1 mache stats -1 bleibt er einfach stehen beim Homen aber bekommt einen Nullpunkt und danach macht er das Autobed Leveling das klappt. nur fährt er dann nicht nach unten zum Homen. und wenn ich #define Z_HOME_DIR -1 mache fährt er ohne zu Stoppen nach unten ins nirgendwo :D]]></description>

Gibt an welche Endstops verwendet werden sollen. Also auch hier ZMIN.<br />

Wenn dann noch SAFE_HOMING korrekt konfiguriert ist, sollte er bei G28 auch korrekt homen. Und G29 funktioniert ja schon, hat nur eben gar nichts mit Homing zu tun.<br />

So wie du den Endstop jetzt hast, hast du den als Z-Max definiert. <i>-1</i> bedeutet hier gegen Min homen und <i>1</i> eben gegen Max homen<br />

nun hat er zwar voll in der Luft gehomet aber danach hat das ABL geklappt JUHUUUU =)) nun noch das Z-Offset einstellen dann sollte das klappen.<br />

@ Siggi habe den Sensor immer mit einer Zange aktiviert also habe ihn noch garnicht am drucker befestigt bisher^^<br />
