Software für Deltadrucker Hallo, ich möchte einen Delta Drucker konstruieren und bin nun auf der Suche nach einer passenden Software. Kann mir hier jemand ein paar Tipps geben? Ich vermute mal, dass nicht jede Software in Frage kommt, weil ich ja 3 Schrittmotoren ansteuern muss. Sollte nach Möglichkeit Freeware sein und ich möchte die Bauteile nicht "scannen" sondern im CAD erstellen. Alleine wenn du dir schon das Hotend ansiehst, siehst du einen Lüfter...

ich habe mich jetzt auf das DUET v0.8.5 mehr oder weniger festgelegt.
Alf FW und Hostsoftware würde ich Repetier wählen. Sind das DUET und Repetier kompatibel?

Habe aber noch folgende Fragen:
- gibt es ein bestimmtes Netzteil für das DUET?
- ist eine Kühlung am Hot End notwendig? -->hier mein Favorit bis jetzt: [www.3dprinterstore24.de]
- wie "funktioniert" der Download der Firmware? Wenn der Drucker komplett aufgebaut ist, per USB anschließen und dann die Firmware direkt draufspielen und hierbei sämtliche Werte eingeben (Bauraum, Temperatur usw.) ?

eigentlich sprichst du gerade nicht von einer Software sondern von vielen
  • Firmware - wird auf den Microcontroller gespielt. Z.B. Marlin oder Repetier-Firmware
  • Host Software - steuert den Drucker vom Computer aus und wandelt 3D-Objekte in Befehle für den Drucker um. Z.B. Repetier
  • CAD-Programm - zum Erstellen der 3D-Modelle, die gedruckt werden sollen
