        <description> Hallo ich habe gestern mein heizbett aus alu von farbber parts bekommen und jetzt wolte ich es ausprobieren und nach 65 C heizt dernicht weiter mein altes bett war kein problem m2ka was nun. Ich habe es an ein ramps1.4 12v atx netzteil dran.

2. frage ich wollte das heizbett mit 24 v netzteil betreiben ich habe ein notebook netzteil mit 24 v und 2 A wie schliesse ich es ambesten an direkt an das heizbett oder an das ramps ? Und wen wo. Weil ich es ja mi 12v betreibe

So falsch ist das nicht. Da - soweit ich weiß - alle Elektroniken n-Channel MOSFETs verwenden, liegen die +12V oder +24V immer am Heizbett an und Minus wird auf Masse geschaltet.<br />

Es ist doch ganz eibfach. Da sind 2 Widerstände. die in Reihe liegen. 1 ist der Mittelabgriff und 2 und 3 sind die Enden. Bei 24V liegen beide Widerstände in Reihe, damit der Maximalstrom nicht überschritten wird. Bei 12V liegen beide Widerstände parallel, damit jeder Widerstand seinen Minimalstrom bekommt. Es muss durch jeden Widerstand immer der gleiche Strom fließen ob bei 24V oder 12V. Ein Ohmmeter ist da sehr hilfreich.<br />

            <description><![CDATA[ Ganz einfach: Da bei 12V 2 und 3 Minus zeigen kann man <b>entweder</b> 2 <b>oder</b> 3 nehmen. Da steht nicht das man beide nehmen muß!<br />
Eindeutig ist anders.<br />

Gut das ich den Beitrag gefunden habe.<br />
Da brauche ich mich ja nicht wundern das mein MK2b bei 12,2 nur 5A (2,5 Ohm) zog und nur eine Seite warm wurde!<br />
2 und 3 verbunden und dann ging´s ab.<br />
Knapp 10A und viel schneller Heiß. Sehr schön.<br />
Fehlt nur noch das SSR (noch bei der Post), dann wird´s verbaut.<br />

            <description><![CDATA[ Danke für die Tips werde mir ein 24V 12,5A Netzteil bestellen.<br />

Aber das Problem war recht trivial was ich nicht beachtet habe und das ist recht verwirrend war das man + an 1 legt und - an 2 UND 3 heist kurzschließt das geht nicht ganz hervor das Mus man nur bei 12v bei 24 braucht man das nicht da reicht nur 2 + und 3 -.<br />

            <description><![CDATA[ Ich tippe auf falsch angeschlossen. Bei 24v ist der Widerstand doppelt so hoch wie beim Anschluss als 12v...am besten nochmal den Aufdruck für die anschlussbelegung anschauen und vergleichen.]]></description>

Einige Netzteile benötigen auch eine Last an der 5v Leitung damit das Netzteil volle Leistung abgibt. Das könnte dein Problem erklären.]]></description>

haben die Heizbetten nicht ca 120W-Leistung? Dann kommst Du mit 24V und 2A nicht wirklich weit (heiss)..<br />

In welcher Form heizt das nicht weiter? Schaltet der MOSFET ab (LED beachten?) oder reicht einfach die Heizleistung nicht, d.h. nach einer halben Stunde wird es trotz voll leuchtender LED einfach nicht mehr wärmer?<br />
<br />
Im letzteren Fall sind entweder die Zuleitungen zu dünn (1,5 mm<sup>2</sup> reichen aus, 2,5 mm<sup>2</sup> sind besser), dann liegen deutlich weniger als 12V an den Heizbett-Anschlüssen an. Oder der Widerstand des Heizbetts ist zu hoch. Der Widerstand sollte für 12V bei 1 - 1,5 Ohm liegen.]]></description>
