Getting my prints coming out taller than expected but not wider or lengthwise

Attached is a pic of a bought i3 leg in blue pla, and my printed i3 leg in organge pla.
I never had these problems before, nothing changed in code and I&#039;ve made sure all bearings are lubed and move smoothly</description>

            <description><![CDATA[ ok so i changed my steps per mm<br />
i cant for the life of me get the updated software onto my board<br />
im using a printrboard rev d<br />

i have the file opened in arduino, when i select upload it says done uploading, but "avrdude: ser_open() can't set dtr for "\\.\com5" " comes up and when i start a print i still have same print height issues<br />
<br />
flip instaler will not open on my pc, what looks like a dos promt window opens for a second and nothing loads<br />
<br />
any ideas?]]></description>
