i have the file opened in arduino, when i select upload it says done uploading, but "avrdude: ser_open() can't set dtr for "\\.\com5" " comes up and when i start a print i still have same print height issues

flip instaler will not open on my pc, what looks like a dos promt window opens for a second and nothing loads
