Positioning Object

I am trying to make my first print with my Prusa i3 and have come across another obstacle, my printer wants to begin off X and Y positions that do not exist. I too have a FolgerTech product and have followed the "set-up" provided and when i import an object to slice it puts the object on the 3D view printbed outside of parameters set in arduino and repetier? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
I have added a screenshot of my print preview.

If in your configuration h file the origin is in the middle of the plate or at 0,0 you need to set it the same way in the slicer. Go to settings in the slicer and set your origin the same way you have it in your firmware.

Also be sure that whatever axis you have inverted (usually Y) is the same in your slicer. Check for any offsets that you might have in the slicer and firmware.
