Calibrated but prints still bumpy

So I have completed all calibration, but when I run a full new print I get "waves". I have attached what I mean. I have a basic set up prusa i3 with only a mk7 And plan to upgrade, but I have seen mk7 prints much better than what I am getting.

If you are using Slic3r you can adjust them under the Advanced section for infill, perimeter and so on. You should not have to if everything is calibrated on a good printer but they allow it in case.

I ended up reducing the feed rate by quite a bit, down to 85. It has helped with the loops/waves but now I have to adjust all the infill again it seems. Oh the joys of Diy...

One thing that helped me a lot was to reduce Jerk and Acceleration values:

Change this one to 15 instead of 20

#define DEFAULT_XYJERK                20.0    // (mm/sec)

Change X and Y to 3000 and then move up until you find a sweet spot and E will depend on type if direct drive go up from 1800 and if geared from 700. Z can go up to 125 but no more.

#define DEFAULT_MAX_ACCELERATION {9000,9000,100,300} // X, Y, Z, E maximum start speed for accelerated moves. E default values are good for skeinforge 40+, for older versions raise them a lot.

Raise this one as well to 1800 and go up from there if direct and 700 if geared

#define DEFAULT_RETRACT_ACCELERATION  300   // X, Y, Z and E max acceleration in mm/s^2 for r retracts

If that is the case, what you need to modify is the feedrate.

Yeah I was starting to think that it is maybe from it being to slow. Filament is being extruded faster than printer is moving, so it has no where else to go but make those little loop/waves off to the side. Its just weird that all the calibration objects came out super smooth.
