Prusa i3 printer is not in the right size Hi everybody! I have a small problem with my Prusa I3. I print a square that is 100 x 100 x 5mm (ABS) The height fits 5mm But it measures only 99.5mm in x and y All parameters match: "Belt Calculator Repetier Host" Pulleys screws are tightened. Stepper motor should have the right current They do not lose steps. The Printing speed I have set down to 40mm / s Belts I tightened up a bit, I dare not tighten them too much. Can my belts be the problem ?????? If the temperature is too high ?????? Head = 255C bed = 120C I have the same problem in both Repetier Host and Cura. Also I have never printed in ABS (I hate the warping issues and my heated bed never reaches 100°C) I have heard that ABS prints often suffer from shrinkage.

I had the same problem, but I have solved with a silicone hot plate (220V) and a Solid State Relay
Now I have no problems.
I print on a plain sheet of glass with ABS juice.
