            <description><![CDATA[ I have very finlely calibrated my extruder but it made no difference in cura now I am using slic3r again my prints are nearly perfect (should be perfect when I get some good quality filament )<br />

            <description><![CDATA[ That looks like the seam and you've told the slicer to align the layer start/stop points.  It also looks like you've got a bit of over extrusion happening, at least at those start/stop points, and I can't tell from the photo if the rest of the print suffers the same.  Have you ever calibrated the extruder?  Use this procedure and pay attention to the "e-steps fine adjustment" procedure.<br />
