Slic3r vs. Skeinforge: Comb

Hey,

I have been using skeinforge for quite some time. Because Slic3r is supporting more than one extruders i wanted to give it a try.

Now i ran into a problem and i want your advise. I dont like they way the extruder travels in my part. I made screenshots to explain my problem:
Slic3r:

Skeinforge:

Is there a way to force slic3r to improve that behaviour? I think it has something to do with skeinforge's comb option.
I already tried using "avoid crossing perimeters", but that didnt help.

thanks in advance!
