Can Slic3r be used to generate GCODE for a Prusa to function as a CNC? Hi there guys I saw the other thread somewhat related to my question in this forum and decided to make my own. Please bear with me if I made some mistakes... I have been trying to get my Prusa I3 to work as a CNC for soft materials for some time now. I have been trying to make it work with FreeMill, MeshCam and EstlCam, but I cannot seem to generate GCODE compatible with Repetier, and I'm not sure which combination of CAM software and GCODE interpreter to use. I have been thinking about using Slic3r because I know it will work, I just need to invert the Z axis coordinates and lift the extruder head (read: mill) every time it moves outside of the print, or just keep inside the print so it doesn't cut through unintended material.
