Can't connect

Well this is perplexing, and frustrating. I can no longer connect to the Printer via the computer. When I try to connect either via Printrun or via Arudino environment I get an error. Printrun yields the following error.

[ERROR] Could not connect to /dev/tty.usbserial-A60221BU at baudrate 250000:\
Serial error: could not open port /dev/tty.usbserial-A60221BU: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/dev/tty.usbserial-A60221BU'}

I have tried turning the printer off and then rebooting. I have tried replacing the USB cord. Neither had any effect. This happened yesterday, and rebooting the printer corrected the problem, but now nothing works, can't connect. The printer is getting power, (i.e. fan comes on) (And just as I was starting to get quality prints)/

What should I try to diagnose this problem?

For what its' worth I am on a Mac not a Windows machine.

What is the baudrate set to? My arduino won't work with anything over 115200. Btw if you change the rate it has to be set the same in both the firmware and the interface.

I don't think so. No device appears. I noticed that I am now getting only 3 volts on the top screws, so perhaps I have a problem there. Later today I will check and perhaps redo the wiring.
