I've sent a few mails to ask about my order and I've got no answers at all. I have to say that EckerTech's plastic parts are very high quality. The prints are nice and clean. The orientation of the parts can sometimes make a large difference in strength of the part and they seem to have chosen the best orientation for strength where needed.

Incidentally, the parts I received were very good quality. I was impressed with their construction, and I now have a working Prusa from their parts.
