No go!

I built a reprap pro Huxley.

I am using Sprinter as my firmware and slicer with Pronterface.

I just got done calibrating my Extruder head and I went to run my first part, a 10mm test cube.

I ran the stl file, loaded the G code file.

On the bottom of Pronterface it tells me the progress of slices, but nothing moves.

It just keeps telling me my temp settings every few moments, line after line on the right hand side, and the bottom line keeps updating the progress of slices, but nothing is moving?

Any ideas on where to look?

Yup when the specified temp in Slic3r is reached the printer will start.
Im freaked out because I can't turn off the limits, or simply don't know how to. I had some opto switches that lit up and now won't, I had power to them but no LED now. One axis only moves one dir, and the switch is connected properly, very messed up stuff.

Will Sanguinololu work without limits?
If it will how do I set it up?
Configuration.h file but how?

now that you have it printing try printing a clock [www.thingiverse.com] it's nice and simple.

> I would look in options or slicer settings.

Thank you.

After a bit I played with the settings including editing the temp of the bed in Gcode because my bed cannot get up to abs temp.

All of a sudden when I was screwing around, it just took off and started printing. Woot!!!!!!!

I think after a while it just decided it had reached its temp and started.

I will have to do something about getting my bed up to abs temp and I will have to do something because the tube from my extruder motor to my nozzel keeps coming apart because it cannot handle the pressure. I can feed the filament by hand just fine and it prints the little test cube, kinda.

All in all the test cube was a failure, but I am so happy I got past this hurdle it is the best blob of plastic ever!

Thanks
