Hi All My prusa medel i3 heated bed takes about 40 minutes to heat up to 90C I've installed isolation material at the bottom of the bed and replaced the old PSU to a 12V 30A power supply to try to speed up this heating time. I've read some threads previously about wiring Solid State Relay to the heated bed that can speed up the heating time. I've bought a fotek SSR relay from ebay but not sure how to wire it up Do I need to change settings in the config.h for the SSR to work ? The MK2b Dual Power (http://reprap.org/wiki/PCB_Heatbed_MK2)?

I had that problem with mine, too.
