Extruder motor not responding

Hello,

I am using Prusa i3 3D printer.

When I extrude manually some filament from extruder using Pronterface, the extruder motor does not respond.

Does anyone had this issue?

Regards,
Prashant.

I have a similar problem too. But i connected the extruder motor to the Y-axis pins on Ramps and it works just fine.
So atleast the motor works alright.
Have you tried varying the potentiometer? Sometimes the current being supplied to the motor may not be sufficient to get it working

I even tried switching another pololu driver, still it does not work.
Any changes to be made in pins.h file for ATMEGA2560, marlin firmware?
