Hi, I'm borrowing a makerbot so I can print off parts for a mendel. Unfortunately it seems like some of the parts (like x-carriage-lower.par) are too big for the build platform. Is there a way around this? This is how I print wades main body and the x carriages. I used to use foam core all the time but I now print on painters tape directly on the build platform. I find I get quite a few uses out of the painters tape and the parts are rock solid flat. I secure the foam core to the build platform with small alligator clips. You have to watch where you put them so they don't hit your z bars
