Hey all, So, long story short not as long... I have a prusa i2. I got tired of using the printed 'bearing guide' for my idler pulleys... as they would always crack and break. I converted to using the bearings themselves, with 2 large washers on either side, to keep the belt on. This works somewhat ok... but I'm wanting to make it better. I've been trying to find nice/metal 8mm bore idler pulleys to no avail. It seems everything is geared towards i3(?), with things being 3mm bore, 5mm(?) bore... but nothing 8. I am currently using a T2.5 belt... I would even be open to switching to GT2, but with no 8mm bore idler pulleys of any kind... this wouldn't help. Would appreciate all thoughts.
