Set print to always be centered in the middle

Hi,
I'm using the Prusa i3, and have a noob question: how can I set the model to always print centered around the middle of the bed?
Right now it prints a close to the zero point as possible.

Thanks for any help

Correction - It prints in the middle of the X axis, but close to the start of the Y Axis
