Negative Nozzle to probe offzet on Z not working

Hi,

I've just updated the printer to the last firmware, after re-applying my settings and calibrating my inductive probe my Z height is off.
I've re calibrated the Z height but without any luck.

In the firmware I set the NOZZLE_TO_PROBE_OFFSET to { 52, 0, -1.60 }, but a M114 says: X:48.00 Y:100.00 Z:1.60 E:0.00 Count X:3850 Y:8020 Z:6080

For some strange reason it does not like the negative number I put in.

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Thanks!

Thanks for the awnser.
After posting my question I was already thinking it might be a double negative causing this behaviour.
So, if I just change it to a positive, it should be OK.
Will give this a try tonight.

What you are seeing is expected. When you home the printer, the Z position will end up being Z_AFTER_HOMING minus the Z probe offset. For example, if Z_AFTER_HOMING is the default (10) and your Z offset is -1.60, then after homing your Z will show as being at position Z=11.60

It looks like you have Z_AFTER_HOMING set to 0, which would result in you seeing Z:1.6 in the M114 output.
