Posso sostituire i motori ,tranne quello estrusore , con 4 MINEBEA 23LM-C038-P2V.? non capendone un h di stepper mi è venuto in mente di cercare un sostituto a questi motori , perchè trovare dei Nema pare davvero un impresa ardua. cliccando su questo nome MINEBEA-23LM-C038-P2V vedrete di cosa parlo . Che hanno caratteristiche:
Based on the Allegro A4988 chip, this driver is able to control a single bipolar stepper motor with max. 2 A. Ability to select 5 motor control modes: step, half step, quarter step, 1/8 step and 1/16 step. Sets the maximum output current using the trimmer.
The four-layer PCB allow to obtain better thermal performance.
Power supply for logic control: 3.3 to 5.5 V, Motor Power: 8 to 35 V.
Riescono a supportare i Nema24?
O quale motore al massimo ?
Non riesco a reperire un datasheet dei NEMA24 completo e quindi non riesco a verificare,
in oltre come "splitto" il motore dell'asse Z perche ho una sola uscite e mi servono 2 motori per quell' asse.
Dato che monterei i driver sulla board :

Passare ai nema24 permette di avere più potenza (maggior velocità/accelerazioni). Però sono più pesanti. Forse c'è un vantaggio sulla reperibilità/costi? Ti ringrazio per la risposta esaustiva , per le cinghie ho controllato e non ho problemi "le realizzerà un collega ad ok" , in quanto a trovare i Nema 17 mi sono espresso male , interndo che trovarli in EU è difficile , tutti quelli che trovo provengono dagli USA o China e sinceramente pagare dogane e spese diventa eccessivo rispetto al costo della merce.
Ecco le mie difficolta sono tutte qui riguardo ai motori NEMA.
Ho letto in rete che proggettano di usare i Nema24 , E non mi è chiaro .
