I need advice on printing a "Greg's Wade Reloaded".

Hi Everyone

I'm "upgrading" a cnc mill so that it can also print.

I'm going to use a Greg's Wade Reloaded for driving the filament and will get someone to print it for me.

I'm going to use ABS but should I print it solid or will it be strong enough will perhaps 2mm wall thickness and perhaps 70% fill? I'm inclined to go for solid, especially for the gears but are there any downsides to this?

Also, is it worth printing with a slightly larger nozzle to increase strength? What's the sweet spot between accuracy for proper functioning of gears and strength?

I have lots to learn, so I'm looking forward to getting the parts I need together. I'll be very grateful for any advice I can get from this community!

Kind regards

2mm walls and 30% infill in ABS is more than enough when i slice with Cura.
For the body, guide, and gears.
And the extruder has lasted many hundreds of hours printing.
