RepRap Software Installation on Ubuntu

Hey everybody!! I really need some help here.

I am trying to get everything installed on my laptop for my future Prusa but I cant get the software to install. I followed the wiki on this page:

[reprap.org]

I got to the section labeled "The RepRap Java programs". When I try to add the URL for the project under the CVS Repository Explorer tab of Eclipse I keep getting an error. The error varies depending on what host I type in and which connection type i use. Basically the wiki says setup this Repository, but not how...

I could really use some help. Does anyone have a more in depth guide on how to complete this step?

Also, I know that I need a URL but which one? Wiki says it is for the project...But is it for the Software->Project or the Mendel->Project?

Thanks in advance!

The current code is on github, at [github.com].

So to load it use:-

git clone [github.com]

and away you go. The Wiki needs to be updated.

I suggest going with another software toolchain such as printrunner, replicatorg, or even repsnapper
