I am absolutely going to quote you often, "that’s The Pile of Shame!" - That totally sums it up, although these days, my "Pile of Shame" stopped growing, except for purgings, outlines, and an occasional mishap.
I have joined the others in placing complaints with the BBB about Techzones poor performance. Even if you are just running a business as a hobby, you have to meet your advertised promise. I still haven' seen any of the electronics for my printer and I am planning on going to another company, (Probably Makerbot) for those parts. I am at least hoping to get some of my money back for the electronics but I am not counting on it. I will strongly advise anyone from going to this company for their printers.
