Hotend Help!

Okay, so this must be the 5th nozzle i've made today, yet what ever i do, i can't seem to remove the gap between the nozzle and the thermal barrier. I've filed the ends of the threads on the barrier, flattened my bottoming taps, but nothing seems to be working!!

In the picture u can see my problem on my latest hotend, and yes, i'm using steel as the thermal barrier XD

Any ideas? :/

Yep, already done. However, a regrind couldn't go amiss...

I've decided to take a note out of this guy's book and design a threadless hot end. This'll be interesting XD
