... yes, the building volume is very limited ... I think, as compromise between stability/rigidity and the used linear feedings.

But if you look at the accuracy specifications (1 micron software, submicron mechanically), then this could be an interesting bootstrap for microfabbing with nano-dispensers and lasers too
