Prints that do not line up

All of a sudden, i am getting these prints that do not line up. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Check to see if the pulley on the Y axis (if the photo is orientated correctly) is loose. Looks like a mechanical issue

Stepping issue I think. I get that if I use a power saw in the garage as it causes a voltage drop (power surge) which then causes missed steps

I solved the same issue recently by tightening a grub screw that had backed off on a motor allowing the pulley to slip.

Thanks for the comments... I think it may have something to do with my extrusion calibration though... I had adjusted my E axis and I think the layers may be too thick and they are scraping against the previous layer.There may still be some other issue, because it's not printing perfectly. However, i lowered the Extrusion rate for the E-axis to 366 and it seems to be working better.
